There is no shortage of ways to track your nutrition. You can go old school and use a pencil and pad of paper or a fancy food journal. You can go high tech with a website-phone app combo like myfitnesspal.com or loseit.com. Or you can use the guide that may have come with the current exercise program you’re doing. It doesn’t matter which one you are using… but rather THAT you are using one. Take notes about your food and you’ll take control over your nutrition. Do you use a tracking tool for your nutrition?
